It should be communicated clearly that they attempt to fit 7 adults plus the driver into a decorated golf cart. I noted during booking that one guest needed a walker and was awaiting confirmation, but received no response. At the last moment, we had to return the walker to the car. While our guide was pleasant, he lacked depth in his knowledge of Philadelphia. Compared to other tours I've done, this one was disappointing. Thank you for your attention.
