They lack flexibility and show no concern for their customers. As a lifelong resident of Philadelphia, I typically enjoy recommending local activities. However, after this experience, I would never suggest this cruise to anyone. It's surprising they manage to retain any customers given their attitude and policies. Many businesses recognize that unexpected issues can arise, but this company seems indifferent once they’ve taken your payment. There are plenty of worthwhile activities along the Philadelphia waterfront, but this cruise is certainly not one of them. Be cautious before booking.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening on the Signature Dinner Cruise aboard the Spirit of Philadelphia, which featured a 6:30 PM boarding and a 7:00 PM departure for a duration of two and a half hours. While limited parking is available on-site, we opted to walk to the dock from Philadelphia and took an UBER back to our parking spot afterward. The ship boasts two spacious decks, and the wait staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, clearly enjoying their time as much as we did. Upon arrival, they promptly seated us and ensured we had drinks right away. Complimentary coffee, tea, and water were available at a beverage station, while sodas and drinks from the bar were quickly provided and replenished as needed. The catered buffet offered a fantastic variety of food, with ample portions for everyone, including seconds and dessert. The staff efficiently notified tables when it was their turn for the buffet. A DJ kept the atmosphere lively with music, catering to both younger and older guests on the dance floor. As we cruised along the Delaware River, we were treated to beautiful views of the illuminated Philadelphia skyline and Camden, including the USS New Jersey battleship. Overall, we had a delightful experience and strongly recommend this evening cruise.
