The crew was friendly, but there's not a lot to say. Due to poor weather conditions, we stayed docked and had lunch instead of sailing. I don't hold it against them, but it wasn't what I was looking forward to.
The cruise offered stunning views, superb service, and delicious food, making for an unforgettable experience. I appreciate the fantastic service provided.
I had a pleasant experience overall. The crowd was lovely. However, the food was served cold, which was a disappointment. Despite that, it was still a joyful experience.
The trip was average and didn’t stand out. The staff were pleasant and courteous, and the food was satisfactory. However, the claim about a “private outdoor table with amazing views of the Philadelphia skyline” was misleading, as the tables were primarily indoors, with only a few outdoor options available. The DJ's volume was excessive, and the commentary on the PA system lacked detail. There wasn't much to see besides deserted warehouses and a few boats, so adding more historical context would help.
The cruise was truly wonderful. The food was excellent, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere was fantastic. My grandson really enjoyed it and was quite impressed with the entire experience.
This is an excellent way to explore and enjoy both Philadelphia, PA and Camden, NJ. The food, music, and overall atmosphere were delightful. It’s a fantastic way to spend a few hours in a relaxed yet lively environment. The service was exceptional. I recommend trying the crab, shrimp, and cheese dip appetizer.
The cruise along the Delaware River near Philadelphia was peaceful, and the buffet lunch was quite good. However, we were a bit let down by the lack of commentary on the sites we passed. There was a QR code available to show our route and points of interest, but we missed out on that directly. The staff were friendly and attentive with food and beverage service. Although the advertisement mentioned iced tea, only hot drinks like coffee, water, and tea were offered for free. Professional photos were taken at the gangplank, but personal photography was not allowed, which felt restrictive since their pictures were nice. A large group of about 100 special needs adults received attentive service, which was heartening to see. We were able to use rewards from previous travels, and while I'm glad we tried this activity, I probably wouldn't choose it again.
It was a terrible experience. We took the lunch cruise from 12 to 2 PM, but we actually left at 12:20. The buffet was disappointing; most food items were cold, with the salmon being the only warm dish. The pasta was dry and unappetizing, and I mistakenly thought it was the warm dish. The crew spent the entire time chatting at the entrance, making it difficult to hear the safety instructions over the noise. After lunch at around 1:00, we attempted to take photos, but the scenery was nothing picturesque, just industrial and unattractive. By 1:15, our utensils, water glasses, and napkins had disappeared, and most dessert was already gone. I had to fetch my own water from the coffee station. We returned by 1:50, so it certainly wasn’t a two-hour cruise as advertised. The boat was in poor condition, the seating dirty, and the staff unfriendly, seeming to rush us. Receiving my bar tab at 1:15 added to the dissatisfaction. Overall, this was the worst lunch cruise I've ever experienced.
The food and music were fantastic, and the city view was stunning. I particularly liked the line dancing. This made for an amazing birthday gift for my mother, and the DJ was excellent.
The experience was well organized with efficient staff. The buffet exceeded expectations and offered great value for the price, making for an enjoyable day.
