The location is breathtaking. The guide was friendly and attentive throughout the tour. I strongly suggest participating in this experience. The tour operator was punctual and provided great information. Food was also excellent.
For those who appreciate nature and mountains, this adventure is essential. It has sparked my desire to explore more of the Andes. Our English-speaking guide, Jennifer, was excellent, and our driver was skilled. The breathtaking views are beyond what photos can capture. Every Colombian we encountered was extremely kind and made a great effort. We both thoroughly enjoyed the homemade breakfast and lunch.
This was an excellent tour that exceeded our expectations. The team was extremely punctual, friendly, and handled everything in a very professional manner. They responded quickly to our questions ahead of our visit and provided convenient hotel pick-up and drop-off. Our driver, Guiller, was impressive and timely. The meals were fantastic, and even though the weather was foggy with rain at the volcano, the experience was still phenomenal. It's advisable to bring cold and rain gear. Concluding the day at Termales del Otoño was a highlight. I highly recommend this tour.
We enjoyed an excellent tour led by a pleasant English-speaking guide who provided us with extensive information. The food was also delicious. Thank you!
Everything was fantastic. The people were exceptionally friendly, prices were affordable, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was delicious.
The experience was truly excellent. Our guide, Andres, was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and very supportive. I am very grateful for his assistance.
The Andes are often called the spinal column of the planet, and after visiting Bolivia and Peru, I found nothing as stunning as Nevado del Ruiz. The driver was highly dedicated, picking everyone up before dawn. Breakfast was decent, but be ready for the altitude, which can be tough for some. Fortunately, we adjusted well. Lunch was excellent, and the Termales de Otoño provided a perfect conclusion to the day. Overall, this ranks as one of the best experiences of my life, and I doubt I'll ever reach a greater height than 4,060 meters.
This was an excellent tour. Although I experienced some altitude issues, the tour guides were very attentive and helpful. Our guide was personable and provided clear explanations throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour, and the driver deserves praise as well.
This tour was incredible! Our guide Jennifer was warm and provided a wealth of interesting information during our journey. The driver was excellent, ensuring a safe and smooth ride. The organization was top-notch, and visiting the hot springs was a perfect way to conclude the day. I highly recommend it!
The experience was unlike any other, and the location is truly beautiful.
