Our hotel pickup was prompt, and we met our guide Gustavo in Salento before heading to the stunning Cocora Valley. The hike to the second viewpoint offered breathtaking views, complemented by engaging conversations. Gustavo was incredibly patient, accommodating my numerous photography needs. He also kindly took us to a nearby river, just a short walk away, allowing us to enjoy different vegetation and pristine waters. After lunch, we explored the vibrant towns of Salento and Filandia for an hour. We highly recommend this tour and suggest asking for Gustavo, as he is an excellent guide.
Although we faced some organizational problems at the start related to the itinerary, everything was resolved, and the tour turned out to be quite enjoyable. Our guide was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and consistently provided fascinating information. The driver was courteous and dependable. We appreciate a wonderful full day.
I highly recommend this experience. Our guide, Juan Pablo, had excellent English and was a talented photographer. We had a fantastic day, traveling in a private air-conditioned bus. The lunch was wonderful, and the guide was patient and helpful while we shopped.
