John Wilson, our guide, was excellent with exceptional language skills and was very attentive to our family's requirements. The itinerary included a fantastic variety of sights. The only issue was the lunch, as the restaurant failed to hold our reserved table, causing a late seating. Nevertheless, John stepped in to help, even bringing extra snacks from a nearby bakery for our toddler while we waited for our meal. This lunch experience was the sole reason we rated the tour 4 stars instead of 5.
