This progressive dinner takes you through some of the highlight restaurants in Ottawa’s historic ByWard Market. A designated meeting point will be provided, and if you're staying nearby, the guide can meet you at your hotel. The dining experience includes a blind-tasting meal featuring three or four courses, each paired with drinks selected by expert mixologists and sommeliers.
Expect to start with appetizers and cocktails at the first restaurant, followed by a main course with wine at the second, and finally dessert with an aperitif at the last stop. Throughout the evening, your C’est Bon guide will provide insights into the neighbourhood’s rich food culture, along with interactions with chefs and restaurant staff whenever possible.
