This experience was not a river cruise. However, everything else was satisfactory. Denis was very flexible and adjusted the tour to suit our interests.

Our group of six, consisting of three couples, had a great time. Dani, our guide, did well in taking us to the key attractions. The river cruise was enjoyable and allowed us to see more of Ottawa. We concluded our tour at ByWard Market, where he pointed out restaurants with good food.
Denis was a fantastic guide for our personalized tour. With only two other travelers, he picked us all up from our hotels. We engaged in great conversations about the sights and shared our experiences. His knowledge of the area made for an in-depth exploration of the city. The Rideau Canal cruise was also enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend Denis.

Although temporary road closures affected our schedule and restricted access to some sites, Denny skillfully adapted to the situation.

The tour was enjoyable and our guide, Denis, was informative. However, it lacked organization; there was no communication regarding the Canal cruise not being operational, which we were unaware of at the time of booking. Denis also seemed unaware that it was replaced with a visit to the National Arts Gallery. Due to these disorganization issues, we wouldn't recommend this tour as we didn't feel we received full value. I've reached out to the company but am still waiting for a response.
Even though it was rainy, our guide Raissa was friendly and informative during the tour. A sunny day would make the canal cruise even more enjoyable.
