After some difficulty finding the rental location, which is below street level under a bridge by the canal, we were able to get started. The bikes and helmets were in great condition. Art guided me on a delightful tour, providing interesting insights about the city at a relaxed pace. I truly enjoyed my time with him and highly recommend this experience.

While the company provides e-bikes, we found that a regular bike sufficed since the terrain is mainly flat for those in decent shape. Our guide, Art, was friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring we had breaks for water and restroom access. The bikes were well-maintained, with brakes and gears functioning flawlessly. Cycling gives you a unique perspective of the city, and I wholeheartedly recommend this tour. The starting point is conveniently located at canal level, just down the stairs from the Chateau Laurier.
