A two-hour floating cruise on the picturesque Ottawa River aboard a unique Hawaiian-style Tiki Hut. Gather your friends or family for a fun outing, or enjoy a romantic escape while gliding along the tranquil waters. The tour departs from Mill Street Pub at 555 Wellington Avenue, so it's essential to arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
Be aware that the dock is shared with other vessels, and the tour will not wait longer than five minutes past the departure time. If you're delayed, you will need to reschedule. Parking is available under the covered bridge; simply follow the path leading to the water and look for the signs to board your Tiki Hut.

What began as an anticipated outing for my wife and me quickly turned awkward and frustrating. We booked the Tiki hut online around 1:30 PM for a 3 PM departure. When we arrived at the dock, the Tiki hut came ten minutes early with only six passengers. However, we were told that just the group of four would be allowed on that boat and we had to wait for the next one. I informed the unfriendly attendant that we had a reservation for this boat, but she insisted we were on another one. Despite the boat's capacity being 12 and only six of us present, she maintained that we would take the next boat, where we'd be the only two passengers and that it would arrive shortly. They then departed without us. After a long wait, I received a call instructing us to walk to a different marina across the river. I found this highly unreasonable, especially as I had been told to go to the Museum of History. With bone spurs in my foot, I was not pleased to trek over to the other dock. Reluctantly, we walked over to avoid losing the $170 we had already paid. Finally, we were picked up around 3:20 PM, 20 minutes late. However, once aboard, crew members Emma and Vic were very friendly and even treated us to a complimentary drink. The tour itself was great, and we had fun with the staff, earning them five stars. Nonetheless, I am only giving this two stars because the first crew was unprofessional and unhelpful, sharing internal matters about staffing that had no relevance to us. It’s unfortunate that one crew's actions overshadowed the positive experience created by Emma and Vic. We are unlikely to revisit this tour and will share our experience with friends and family.
I took my 82-year-old wife and mother on August 27 at 1:00 p.m. The two young people who greeted us were outstanding. The hour and a half tour was just right—great atmosphere, music, and service. I would definitely do this again with friends.
I had a wonderful experience with the captain and bartender, who were both warm and friendly. The nighttime views were stunning. I highly recommend this activity.

Our experience on the Lilo Tiki Tour with Emma and Vikram was fantastic. They created a fun atmosphere for my teenage daughter and me, and we met some new friends during the tour. I highly recommend this tour to all. The music was excellent, and we shared plenty of laughs. Thank you once more.

This tour was fantastic. In August 2025, I organized it for my daughter's bachelorette, and twelve of us enjoyed a wonderful 90-minute experience. The captain and crew were friendly, attentive, and added to the fun atmosphere. The music and drinks were just right for the celebration.
