Frank, our driver, was on time at our hotel in downtown Ottawa and ensured a safe round trip to Montreal. Our tour guide, Yin, was very knowledgeable and made the experience engaging. Highlights included the Oratory of St. Joseph, the Basilica of Notre Dame, and downtown Montreal. The cruise was enjoyable, with food and drinks available on board. However, I would have liked some shopping time included in the tour to buy souvenirs from our visit.
The bus driver and tour guide were friendly, kind, and generous. The other travelers in our group were pleasant as well. Overall, I had a great experience.
The tour guide, Jason, was excellent—kind, courteous, and well-informed. However, the only downside was that with the cruise included, the day felt overly packed, leaving little time to discover Old Montreal.

The trip was enjoyable and the tour guide was effective. However, the bus journey from Ottawa to Montreal was uncomfortable, as the small, older bus was bumpy and felt unreliable. The guide did their best to show us various sights, but the restriction on food and drink made the ride even less pleasant.
Frank provided exceptional driving, and Jason was a knowledgeable guide who shared valuable insights about Montreal. It was convenient to explore and visit many attractions.
Most venues were complimentary except for the river cruise. The transport and drivers were excellent, which justified the cost of this tour. A great value.
