Initially, I was not very satisfied as my 2-day rental was set to be delivered at 6 PM the first day and picked up between 4 PM and 8 PM the second day, which didn't seem like a true "2-day rental." However, after contacting them, they delivered the cart earlier at noon on the first day. There were some mechanical problems, possibly due to operator error, but they quickly provided a newer, upgraded cart and extended the pickup to the following morning to make it right. They really went above and beyond to address my concerns, and based on their service, I would rent from them again and recommend them to others. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, even when I was frustrated during the booking and when issues arose. They kept me informed about their arrival and were punctual.
