We opted for a rental package that included two chairs, an umbrella, an inflatable paddle board, two boogie boards, a skimboard, various balls, a cornhole set, paddleball, ultimate frisbee, shovels, a life jacket, and bocce ball—so much fun. While the initial cost seemed steep, the chairs and umbrella offered great value compared to beach rentals, plus we received all the extra toys. This package truly enhanced our vacation experience, catering to everyone's interests. It was easy to transport and set up, and all the gear was of excellent quality, appearing like new. The delivery and pickup service to our hotel was timely and very friendly, making it super convenient. We definitely plan to do this again.
The kids really enjoyed themselves. The pick-up and delivery process was smooth. The rental states it’s for three days, but we received it at 11 AM and had it for two full days, with pick-up at 9 AM on the third day, so we didn't get a complete third day. Aside from that, everything was great.
While my family rented a paddle board in Gulf Shores, the company delivered it promptly as promised. We received exceptional support when I faced difficulties fully inflating the board. Orlando, one of the delivery drivers, came to assist after I reached out for help and went above and beyond to ensure it was properly inflated. Excellent job, Orlando. I do have an issue regarding the rental policy, which is directed more at the company than at Orlando. I arranged for a 3-day rental with the first day's delivery scheduled for the morning. However, I received a reminder that the return pickup was set for 7am on the morning of the third day, which is essentially a 2-day rental. I had to contact them to change the pickup to the evening of the third day. It’s a misleading policy, but their customer service was fantastic, and they promptly made the adjustment. I would definitely book with this company again for any of their services.
Great service for both delivery and pick up! Orlando was friendly, accommodating, and inviting. We rented a paddle board for the day, and they showed up ahead of schedule. We’ll definitely be back.
