I give a 5-star rating for Abbott and William, our guide and driver. Following our museum visit, they brought us to the volcano rim to see the activity. Although the view was not ideal due to last year's rockfall and some gases, we still captured some fantastic photos.
Experiencing this could be incredible on a clear day, but if clouds and steam obscure the lava lake, it feels entirely wasted. We invested a lot to see nothing. It was truly disappointing, and the tour website did not alert us about this possibility.

It was a stunning experience overall. However, it's worth noting that for the past two years, we have been unable to see the lava itself, only the glow, due to significant portions of the volcano falling away.
