The staff was very helpful and enjoyable to be with. However, we were informed that the electric assist cost an additional $19, contrary to what I read previously. When I raised this with the owner, he claimed Viator didn't provide an option to add it. We were seated with others who had paid for the assist, but since each car accommodates four people, it might be fairer to charge per couple or person. We were also under the impression that it was a loop route, but it was not. There were a couple of stops to turn the cars around, which was interesting, but an extra person would have been beneficial. Overall, I recommend this as a fun adventure, but I suggest providing clearer details about the additional e-assist costs and the train route. Kudos to the team on their second day open!
The outing was enjoyable and a fantastic experience. The staff was excellent—very knowledgeable and interactive. Plus, having nice cold bottles of water was a nice touch.
