My wife and I had an excellent experience, and the crew we flew with were incredibly friendly. The instructor was kind, and everyone there appreciated our presence. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I had scheduled a flight for a birthday celebration and was charged, yet after a 3-hour drive to the OKC location, I found it closed. Despite leaving a voicemail for the manager earlier in the week, I received no response. When I called the general number, they confirmed the location was open, and their online hours indicated that Thursday was an operational day. IFly only provided the option for a refund or a reschedule, with no additional compensation.
The hotel was clean and very nice. The service was outstanding, and the staff were all friendly. Kaden, in particular, was extremely helpful during my stay.
This experience deserves a perfect score of 10/10. Our instructor was incredibly supportive and ensured everyone felt at ease. He certainly made our flight enjoyable. I can’t recall his name, but it began with an E. I will certainly return for more flying adventures and highly recommend it to anyone seeking safe thrills.
It was a wonderful experience. Matt was very friendly and performed excellently. My husband needs to rent the shield helmet next time, as I wasn't aware we could do that in advance. He didn’t enjoy his experience this time, but I hope the next one will be better.
