I attended this activity with two friends. The crew was friendly, and the banana boat was enjoyable overall. However, we were only out on the water for 20 minutes and ended up waiting for a pair of older, overweight guests who struggled to get back on the raft. As a result, we only had around 5 minutes of fun. This was really disheartening as we spent quite a bit of money for this experience, which was marred by the other guests.
This experience was a complete scam. After changing our reservation to a different day, they cancelled the ride the following day. We received no refund, and they failed to provide the service. The day they cancelled was sunny and perfect.

For those who prefer to stay dry, just lean towards the middle and you should be fine! My family had a wonderful time, and the crew ensures you get the most enjoyment out of the experience.
My experience was terrible. I spent $35.00 on pictures that I never got. After calling three times, I was assured they would send them to me. Now, three days later, I still haven't received anything. I'm puzzled as to why they can take my money but not deliver the pictures. I plan to return to Ocean City in a few days to find out what's going on.
