This was our fourth consecutive year enjoying this fantastic cruise with great vibes. Although it was cloudy and we missed the sunset, we spotted many dolphins and had a lovely time on the bay. We highly recommend this experience, but be sure to book in advance since the evening cruises fill up quickly. We opted for the morning ride, which was wonderful, but we prefer the sunset cruise. The crew's hospitality was excellent.
The description promised dolphin watching during a sunset cruise, but the company informed us that dolphin watching only occurs during the daytime. I was very disappointed, especially since I arranged this for my daughter to see dolphins. It seems the sunset cruises have never included dolphin watching, which feels like false advertising.
The captain was engaging and friendly, making the sunset boat ride enjoyable despite a detour caused by weather. It was a pleasant experience, and the photographer added humor to the trip. I loved seeing the luxurious million-dollar homes, which were stunning, and the residents were welcoming, waving as we passed by.
The Sunset Cruise was cancelled because of weather issues, and I can’t receive a complete refund since I booked through a third party. I recommend saving your money.
The cruise itself was fantastic, offering stunning views and a beautiful sunset. However, when we boarded, the seats were wet from the previous trip, and crew member Owen was quite rude, failing to provide anything to clean the seats. He essentially shouted at us and others to quickly take a seat, which was uncomfortable given the chilly weather. Owen should work on his people skills. There was no option for front seating when booking, and he made general admission feel like a lesser experience. Additionally, the seat next to me was broken. Despite these issues, we enjoyed the cruise and the lovely sunset. A more personable crew could have made this a better experience.

I was notified just 30 minutes before departure that the cruise was canceled due to not enough ticket sales. It seems that having just 12 seats available on the boat wasn't sufficient to proceed.

Fantastic experience! Boat Captain Owen was exceptional, providing great information and making sure we stayed dry. We captured stunning sunset photos as he expertly navigated to the best spots and took us through the harbors to see the marinas. We even spotted a few dolphins! I highly recommend this ride.
