  NOT RELIABLE - TO AVOID!

  I requested a transfer at 9 p.m. and received a confirmation email with an invoice. The next day, an employee informed me that transfers only occur based on flight arrivals, as I needed to rent a car. She said she would update me at 1:30 p.m., but when I called at 3 p.m., I was told the director was still out. After not hearing from them by office closing time at 5:30 p.m., I arranged transport through my hotel. At 8 p.m., I missed a call with no voicemail left. The following day at 11 a.m., just before my 11:45 a.m. pick-up, I was told everything was fine, but I explained that I had to find another option due to Lyvai's lack of communication. No service was provided, yet my account was charged, and my request for a refund has gone unanswered. It's best to avoid this service as it is unreliable.

  A very pleasant experience

  We arranged for transfers to and from Noumea to the airport, and both vans arrived on time and were spotless. The drivers were friendly and spoke English well. They made our travel experience much easier, and I would highly recommend their services, especially considering the reasonable price.

  The driver arrived with a sign displaying the passengers' names. He engaged in conversation with my father, who had just returned from his trip with his girlfriend, and ensured they were dropped off right at the entrance of their building. A heartfelt thank you to him.

  Shuttle didn't come to the airport

  We paid for the shuttle service at the airport and received confirmation of our pick-up time, but the shuttle never arrived. After waiting for 50 minutes in Nouméa, I contacted them, and they eventually sent a vehicle that sped to the airport. We arrived 5 minutes late, but the airline had been informed and was prepared for us. Since then, there has been no email apology. Using a tour operator is supposed to prevent issues like this.

  Only Lyvai fits me...!

  I consistently receive reliable and friendly service, with excellent punctuality for my transfers to TTA airport. I am once again very pleased and plan to use the same service on my return trip. While it may be slightly pricier than others, the overall quality makes it well worth it. I highly recommend it.
