They even contacted me via WhatsApp without my consent, which prompted me to report the messages. We received multiple angry texts regarding our late request, just 12 hours prior. While everyone else we interacted with during our trip was friendly, this representative stood out for all the wrong reasons. I recommend avoiding any service from a person with such a bad temper.
The driver was wonderful, greeting us at the airport with friendliness and a wealth of knowledge about Nouméa. The vehicle was clean and well-kept. During our ride to the hotel, she shared numerous suggestions for activities to enjoy during our visit and created a lovely introduction to Nouméa.

Our experience was seamless. Yuma, our driver, greeted us at the airport with a sign displaying our name and took us to our hotel. He was friendly and offered helpful suggestions for restaurants and sights to explore during our stay.
