  The bus comes too early

  The bus transfer from our hotel to the airport was comfortable, and the driver was very polite and accommodating. However, the pick-up time was our main issue. Even though our flight was at 1:15 pm, Arc en Ciel scheduled our pick-up for 9:35 am, which was nearly four hours before departure. The drive took 45 minutes, and when we checked in immediately at Business Class, we found that security and the lounge wouldn't open until at least 11:30 am. This meant we spent a lot of time waiting at the airport, including a long queue for security without any priority for business class passengers. Next time, we'll enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel and take a cab to the airport an hour later than this bus and still have time for the lounge.

  Airport Transfer .

  Upon arriving at Tontouta airport, I discovered that the hotel had not confirmed the transfer before our departure from New Zealand. There was a whiteboard with names, and at the bottom, a note saying "no booking, no problem." A staff member guided us to the counter to book and pay, then directed us to a pleasant air-conditioned office to wait until we were ready to leave. The bus to Noumea was clean and comfortable.

  The ride from Anse Vata to the airport took 1.5 hours due to a pickup from an unexpected location, which made me concerned about missing check-in. However, the pickup was right on schedule.

  The service we received was outstanding, especially considering the delays with our incoming flight. They kept in touch with us to confirm that they would still pick us up at the new arrival time. Departing Noumea amid challenging and dangerous political unrest, our driver skillfully guided us safely to the airport.

  A long wait !

  I was quite concerned when our pick-up was scheduled for 4:35 AM, and we found ourselves waiting in the dark, anxious about missing our flight. The driver didn't arrive until 5:05 AM. While I understand they had other pickups, I wish the company had informed us that it could be delayed by half an hour.

  Efficient exit from noumea

  The driver arrived punctually, displaying a friendly and professional demeanor. We enjoyed a comfortable ride in the van, picked up a few other passengers, and were dropped off right at the airport entrance—exactly as promised. I highly recommend this service.

  The pickup point wasn't exactly as specified, but it was nearby, allowing me to locate the van. It might be helpful if the pickup location could be shared when other guests are being collected in the vicinity.

  The shuttle service to and from our resort at Anse Vata was efficient, dependable, and reasonably priced. Booking online was straightforward and reassuring. The drivers assisted us with our luggage, and our return trip arrived on time for pickup at the resort.
