The pick-up by Zoom Tours at various spots in Toronto was efficient, ensuring everyone was accounted for before heading to Niagara. Our guide, Jonny, provided entertaining and informative commentary, offering clear guidance on the best viewing spots, the boat trip timing, and lunch arrangements (with excellent views from the Sheraton Hotel restaurant). I appreciated the freedom to explore during breaks instead of following a guide with an umbrella. Ultimately, the Horseshoe Falls at Niagara are absolutely stunning. It was a delightful day overall.
I was informed the day before that I needed to meet at a different location instead of being picked up from my hotel. The tour itself was enjoyable, but I was disappointed that they didn't drop us off at the hotel afterward.
Jonny, our guide, shared a wealth of historical knowledge about the region from Toronto to Niagara Falls. We enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch and strolled around the town to explore the sights. Although we skipped the additional activities like the boat ride, our day was still quite engaging.

The Niagara Falls tour is essential and should definitely be on your bucket list. It’s truly a breathtaking sight, especially when you take the boat ride that brings you close to the falls. We also had a delightful buffet meal at the Sheraton with a view of the falls, which added to the experience. If you’re lucky, Johnny might be your tour guide. He was impressively knowledgeable and entertaining, truly the best guide I've ever encountered.
