Kingsley, our tour guide, was extremely knowledgeable and maintained a great pace throughout the tour. The experience, which included the Skytower, a view behind the falls, and a boat ride, was comprehensive. On his advice, we went back to see the falls illuminated at night.
I proposed to my girlfriend and chose to speak with our guide instead of hiring a professional photographer. The guide captured a wonderful video and numerous photos, doing an excellent job. The tour encapsulated the entire Niagara Falls experience. We had dinner at Skylon Tower that evening to enjoy the illuminated Falls around 8:30 PM. The small group aspect made it even better. I'm very grateful to our guide; my fiancée will always cherish that day.

Jose was an excellent guide with a good sense of humor. We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the Skylon Tower; the views were stunning. I rate it a 4 only because they don't return you to Skylon after the boat tour. After three hours of walking and being wet, a ride back to the car would have been appreciated.

The instructions on where to meet after entering the building were unclear. While the guide was pleasant, her professionalism was lacking. She wore casual clothing and lingered too long at each stop. However, she did offer useful advice about tying a knot in the poncho before the boat ride and shared interesting information about iced wine. It was rather disappointing that there was no transportation arranged back to our vehicles.
Truly worth every cent; I would definitely buy this experience again soon. The views are incredible.
