The day didn’t go as smoothly as we had hoped. The bus was crowded, and many passengers were talking among themselves instead of paying attention to the guide, making it hard to hear everything. While the Maid of the Mist experience was fantastic, the other parts of the tour were less impressive, including a shared walkway with numerous seagulls, a stop to view a section of the river, and an hour at a souvenir shop for lunch. We also missed the scheduled visit to the flower clock due to road work. Moreover, we were advised the day prior to obtain an I-95 pass for $30 each, which ultimately turned out to be unnecessary. If I were to visit again, I would likely head directly to the Maid of the Mist and skip the additional expenses on the tour.
This tour covers all the essential sights for those short on time. Nancy was exceptional, ensuring we crossed into the USA smoothly for our boat trip. Be ready to get splashed!
