This experience did not match the advertisement. In winter, I learned that only one trip was offered, and I was notified just 24 hours in advance, claiming insufficient participants, which seemed untrue. We had booked both afternoon and evening trips, but the latter was not running. Additionally, we were supposed to have a boat ride, which clearly does not operate when frozen. We had reserved a day trip along with an evening three-course dinner, yet there was no boat available, making the advertisement misleading.
Be cautious and pay close attention to what you’re told, as not everyone has your best interests at heart. Don’t take things for granted; it's important to ask questions.
This tour truly offers the best of both worlds. The falls illuminated at night were incredible, and the added festive touch of the Christmas lights was a great bonus.
An exceptional tour from beginning to end, Niagara Falls is a remarkable destination, and Zoom tours showcase it beautifully. Our guide Johnny made the experience entertaining and enjoyable. The day/evening tour offered a wonderful perspective of the falls, and with a small group, Johnny was able to impart his knowledge and insights about the area, further enriching our experience. We highly recommend Zoom.
Our outing was impacted by low numbers on our scheduled day, leading us to an alternate trip, which turned out to be a great decision. We had the pleasure of meeting our guide Johnny, who impressed us with his extensive knowledge and humor. I'm amazed by how many languages he speaks. Despite it being off-season, Johnny’s enthusiasm made our day wonderful. His passion for his work is evident.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable, making for an amazing and well-spent day. I highly recommend it. The buffet dinner had great food options, and the view of the falls at night was wonderful.
The experience was disappointing as we were supposed to go on a boat trip, but instead there was no boat at all. It felt like false advertising, and we ended up just taking a walk.
Alp was a fantastic tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and even shared some jokes. He drove with great care and was punctual. The tour itself was excellent. My only concern is that due to the long drive, I would have preferred more legroom. Everything else was perfect.
The driver did his utmost despite the challenges we faced. Initially, the air-conditioning in the vehicle was malfunctioning, making it feel like a sauna with temperatures exceeding 27C. He eventually returned to the depot to exchange for another vehicle. Due to heavy traffic, we ended up over two hours late. Additionally, the evening buffet was disappointing, offering limited choices and lukewarm meals. My family and I were very excited before this trip, but it ultimately felt ruined.
