This tour was an excellent way to experience Niagara Falls. We enjoyed views from the water, air, and behind the falls, followed by a pleasant lunch at Skylon Tower. Our guide, Heidi, was extremely friendly and dedicated to ensuring our comfort throughout the day. When a scheduling issue arose because Hornblower cruises hadn't started their season yet, the company promptly communicated an alternative and then switched us to a tour with the American side's boating company once we arrived. We enjoyed perfect weather with minimal crowds. The transitions between activities were smooth, and we were conveniently dropped off right at each location. I highly recommend this tour and Heidi as our guide.

This experience was incredible, and Frank made it even better as our guide. He contacted me the day prior to confirm details, showcasing remarkable attention to detail. I began with a solo helicopter ride; while brief, it felt completely satisfying. After picking up six additional guests from Italy, we ventured to the Journey Behind the Falls, which provided an up-close view of the waterfalls. Next, the boat tour brought us right to the edge of the falls, just like in the online videos. Be prepared to get wet if you want a front-row experience. I expected just those three activities, but we also went to the top of the Skylon Tower, where the package included lunch at the revolving restaurant. I was surprised to receive a juicy steak, baked potato, veggies, and dessert instead of a simple sandwich. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and Frank even dropped me off at my hotel, adding a few extra stops to see more sights. I couldn't have been happier with this tour package; it was worth every penny. Thank you, Frank!

This was an excellent experience. Be ready to get completely wet both behind the falls and on the boat ride. You will definitely get soaked, but the sights are fantastic. The helicopter ride also offers great views.

We had an excellent experience. Our guide, Vinnie, was outstanding. Initially uncertain about the helicopter ride, we were fortunate with beautiful weather. We appreciated the convenience of hotel pickup and drop-off at our excursions, complete with tickets. We began at the Falls and concluded with a lovely lunch at the Skylon restaurant, which offered a rotating view of the region. It would have been great if the helicopter ride had lasted a bit longer. We would certainly recommend this package.
