The entire staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Although we made a reservation in advance and arrived at the airport in the morning, we were unable to fly immediately due to weather conditions. However, we received a call throughout the day, and once the weather cleared up and we were able to fly, everything went effortlessly.
We got there at 4:30 PM and were the only ones, so there was no waiting. It was just the two of us and the pilot in the helicopter. Though the ride to the falls and back was brief, the views were fantastic.
Everything was well organized, and my family had a fantastic time. The views were stunning and truly breathtaking. This experience is absolutely worth it and a must-do.
