This was a fantastic tour with a relaxed walking pace, and everything was well-organized. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared engaging stories throughout the experience.
We booked our tour for Halloween 2025 at 9:30 AM, and although the weather was cold, overcast, and rainy, our guide Dave arrived punctually with an upbeat attitude. There were four of us in the group, and ponchos were provided along with umbrellas. Dave's knowledge of the falls and their history was impressive, and he addressed all our questions during the tour. It was fascinating to learn that his family history is connected to the US-Canada wars. The tour included a walking excursion by the river, historical monument discussions, cave walks behind the falls, and concluded with a boat ride to the falls. Keep in mind that this tour takes place on the Canadian side, so ensure you have your passport. This experience is definitely a must-do.
This experience was fantastic. The tour was packed with valuable information, and the guide was both friendly and knowledgeable. She made the outing enjoyable and engaging.
Our experience with Dave was incredible. We took a walking tour that included a behind-the-falls visit and several interesting stops, finishing with a boat ride. Dave's knowledge and entertaining demeanor kept everyone engaged, despite the challenges of managing a group. We gained a wealth of fascinating information and historical insights, making our time truly unforgettable. The tour length was ideal, offering stunning views and great photo opportunities. My husband and I were on our babymoon, and we’re grateful we chose this tour. It’s essential for anyone visiting Niagara Falls. Thank you, Dave, for such a wonderful adventure.
We thoroughly enjoyed our walking and boat tour of Niagara Falls! Every moment, from going behind the waterfall to getting up close on the boat, was unforgettable. Our host was fantastic—enthusiastic, well-informed, and shared interesting details that made the tour both fun and educational. Despite the cold, sleety weather, we cherished every minute. Thank you for such a memorable and inspiring experience!
Dave was a fantastic guide, well-versed in the history of Niagara Falls. The group we were with was also delightful. We had an amazing time.
The guide was highly experienced and professional. Experiencing the view behind the falls is incredible and is definitely something you should do when visiting Niagara.
Our tour of Niagara Falls, encompassing both Canada and New York, was amazing. Dana from bus #10 served as our guide and was exceptional—knowledgeable, clear, and well-organized. Her friendliness and kindness enhanced our experience, making it truly enjoyable. As a first-time visitor to Niagara Falls, I found it to be absolutely fantastic and well worth the cost of the tour.
The operator was unprofessional and misled us by changing our scheduled time from 1:30 pm to 9:30 am. We decided not to go on the trip, but we did receive a refund. I would not recommend this boat ride to others.
The overall experience may have potential, but I feel let down by the false promise of 24/7 assistance. I purchased tickets on May 11th for a May 12th boat ride, but when we reached the Canadian border, we were denied entry due to missing paperwork. Despite calling, texting, and emailing for help regarding a potential refund for our $428, I did not receive a response until the following morning, which informed me that a reimbursement was not possible. I recommend against purchasing tickets in advance; instead, if you can access the US side, it is more affordable. Just visit the Niagara Falls National Park visitor center for assistance.
