The tour was fantastic, and the guide, along with the drivers from Toronto to Niagara and back, were excellent. The activities were well-timed and included the Skylon, tunnels, and a boat ride behind the falls. It was both enjoyable and educational. We initially thought the excursion would last just over four hours, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that was just for the time at Niagara, not including the drive.

Our experience was truly a perfect five. Cheryl attended to all our needs and was very friendly, sharing plenty of information about the area while answering our questions. We would definitely request her again. The boat ride was amazing, and going under the falls was unforgettable; we couldn't have enjoyed it more.
This was an excellent tour with no problems encountered. Our guide was well-informed and shared numerous insights during the trip. He picked us up at the hotel and took us to Skylon Tower, where we had ample time to explore, take photos, shop, and use the restrooms. Next, we experienced the Journey Behind the Falls, which offered stunning views. We had plenty of time to enjoy everything, and our guide also included a scenic car ride for a better view. The boat ride was enjoyable as well. It was an ideal time to visit since it wasn't crowded at all. I recommend this tour; just remember to pack water shoes or a change of shoes and socks, a raincoat, and a waterproof case for your phone.
Stephanie was our guide, and she was very friendly, effective in communication, and on time. We started with a ride up Skylon Tower, which provided a great view of the falls. Being able to skip the line was a major plus. She then drove us to various sites, but I was in the back of the van where the bumpy road made it difficult to hear her commentary. A speaker in the van would have been beneficial for better communication. The walk through the tunnels beneath the falls was impressive, and the boat ride at the end was fantastic. Overall, it was a lovely experience.
This tour was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. It was exceptionally organized, allowing for a smooth and stress-free day. The visit to Niagara Falls was unforgettable and surpassed all expectations. Do not waste your money. This tour failed to include many promised locations, notably the floral clock, which was very disappointing. Essentially, you're only paying for tickets to three spots: the cruise, Skylon, and Journey Behind the Falls, and the whole experience felt rushed. It was not worth the cost. Despite reaching out to the company about the missing items from the itinerary, they showed no concern. This experience was a significant letdown, especially after having multiple positive experiences with similar services. I suggest looking for other options instead.
The boat ride was truly the main attraction and should not be overlooked. The view from the platform next to the Falls was fantastic, but the experience behind the water was a bit underwhelming. The private car was comfortable, and the driver shared intriguing insights about the region and the Falls' formation. It would have been more economical to book the boat trip in advance. The Skylon Tower stop felt unnecessary. Overall, it was a remarkable experience.
