Our experience with Gansett Cruises was fantastic, but there was a mix-up with the information from Viator. We booked our tickets in April for the 11:15am slot, but upon arrival, we found out the departure was actually at 11am, and Gansett didn’t have our reservation. Thankfully, there was still space on the boat, but Viator needs to improve their communication and ensure accurate details are shared with event organizers. I'm uncertain if I would book through Viator again, as we were just fortunate this time.
This experience was definitely worth both the time and the investment. The guide and crew were not only knowledgeable but also entertaining. I appreciated the morning schedule, which allowed for the rest of the day to be free. I highly recommend it.
This tour was fantastic and comes highly recommended. It was a fun way to explore Newport and its stunning mansions. A note: the first mimosa is included in your ticket, but if you choose a different drink, you'll need to pay cash for it. The guide, whose name I can't recall, was informative and made the experience enjoyable. It's definitely worth checking out.
We had a fantastic experience! Dave, our MC, was both very informative and entertaining. The captain and wait staff, whose names I can't recall, were great, and we enjoyed the ride. The mimosas made us feel like part of the billionaire crowd.
