I had a session arranged, but the instructor provided minimal notice about a location change that was over 21km away, leaving me without transportation. While I understood the need for the change due to swells, I offered to cancel instead. However, he responded rudely, accusing me of not caring about my safety and insisted on charging me regardless of whether I could make it. He even threatened to take legal action over a $150 fee if I didn’t pay. It seems this business may be struggling, as they appear desperate to hold onto customer funds due to poor weather. I recommend choosing a different company for better customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Dan as my instructor. He clearly explained the safety procedures and how to stand on the board. As a first-timer, I managed to get up several times and felt secure throughout. I highly recommend this activity for anyone new to it.
Dan was an excellent instructor for my husband, sister, and me. None of us had prior surfing experience, yet we all managed to stand on a wave multiple times during the lesson. We now feel ready to rent boards and try it on our own at least once more before our vacation concludes. I highly recommend this experience.
