There was no service waiting for us upon our arrival at LAX. Although we heard from the driver, he informed us he was assigned to a different service. I attempted to reach customer service, but received no response. We ended up taking a taxi and paying for it ourselves. After a 14-hour flight, this experience reflected a complete lack of professionalism, and I expect a full refund. I look forward to your response.
