The driver and the ride were great, but dealing with the main office was quite frustrating. After reserving the ride online and confirming it multiple times through emails and texts, I still had to call the provided number once I had my luggage. The person on the line asked me the same questions about my reservation that I had already answered several times. Furthermore, her fast speech and strong accent made it difficult to understand her, requiring me to ask for clarification repeatedly. Overall, it wasn't worth the hassle, and I won't use their service again.

In contrast, the driver who met us at the terminal in Rome had properly utilized our flight arrival info. Service in the US is disappointing compared to Europe.
Carmel provided excellent service. They adjusted our pickup location to our airport hotel without issue. The driver arrived punctually, and the SUV was spacious and comfortable, easily fitting both us and our cruise luggage.

Our driver was reported to be waiting for us at level one, door 5 at the airport, but there was no car. After several minutes of confusion, we were told the driver was actually at level two, door 8, which doesn't exist. Once we found him and got in, I called Carmel to express my dissatisfaction. The driver, looking stressed, abruptly pulled over at the hotel exit and demanded we exit the vehicle. We insisted on going home, but shockingly, he pulled over again in the middle of the highway at night. The ride was an awful experience of constant stops. I attempted to resolve this through Carmel and followed up, but they never got back to me. It felt like we were in serious danger on that highway. I won't be using them again.
