The experience fell far short of my expectations and payment. I didn’t get the specific pickup information to ensure I was in the right spot. When I tried to contact the operator through the app, I waited 30 minutes without a reply. I even reached out for assistance, but there was no response. Eventually, I had to use an Uber due to the uncertainty caused by the lack of communication.

The car service was running late and, when it finally showed up, it went to the incorrect terminal. I had to call the driver to provide the correct information.
