I was left stranded at the airport because the driver never arrived. I reached out to him via the app three days before my flight, providing my cell number. He advised me to have my phone on upon landing, but he didn’t show up. I received no information from Viator regarding the transfer.
Despite a delayed flight and a long wait for our bags, our driver patiently remained at the airport for us, which we greatly appreciated. Although finding him was a bit confusing, he was incredibly kind and provided us with bottled water for the journey into the city.
