Before our family's trip to NYC from England, we researched things to do with the kids. This place has it all, and we had a fun-filled day, especially enjoying the water rides. We discovered a discount code for 15% off, GVG15, but my wife forgot to apply it. Nonetheless, we plan to return since we're staying for two weeks.
I received a promo code from the mall for 10% off any attraction, and I chose the Mirror Maze. After purchasing tickets online for a total discount of $8, I arrived only to be told I owed $8 more to enter. Despite explaining that I had paid online and used the code, they refused to believe me without the promo details, which I didn't have. I waited for half an hour for a manager, who ultimately said I couldn't enter. I asked for a refund, but they denied that too, leaving me no choice but to pay the extra $8 despite having already bought the tickets. Once inside, the experience was disappointing—no music and only about five minutes long. It felt like a complete waste of my time, energy, and money.
The event was too brief for such a high price. While the kids, aged 3 and 7, had fun, the adults found it dull. I won't return.
The mirror maze proved to be incredibly enjoyable. We found ourselves tapping on the mirrors, hoping to find an exit. The combination of lights and music added excitement as we raced to finish!
This is an experience worth having at least once. You really lose yourself in the maze! I had no idea what to expect, but I was happily surprised. My 17-year-old son loved it too. I was initially worried about getting separated and finding him again. Overall, we both had a great time.
This is an enjoyable and brief experience for children. I attended with a group of boys aged 10 to 13, and we all had a great time.
The maze caters primarily to very young kids. I brought along my teenage children, and they completed it in just four minutes. It wasn't worth the expense for such a brief experience.
We had a fantastic day on our vacation. The mirror maze was particularly enjoyable for my wife and me. Overall, it's a great place to explore and have fun.
My daughter was excited to visit the Mirror Maze during our first trip to the American Dream, but it turned out to be the worst part of our summer. The staff was unhelpful and rude. I attempted to purchase tickets on-site and was told to buy them online for an additional fee, with no further assistance provided. The maze itself was short, easy to navigate, and somewhat dirty, falling far below the standards of the rest of the mall. This experience made us hesitant to try the miniature golf there. I would advise others to avoid this place.
