The experience was enjoyable overall. A previous review mentioned the availability of eyeglass strap holders for a fee, but this was not communicated during check-in. I regret not taking off my glasses, as I was concerned they might fly off, which affected my enjoyment of the zipline. I believe they could improve the instructions about getting into the harness and the process of attaching to the zip line and coming to a stop. I want to try it again without my glasses to fully enjoy the ride. The zipline disengages smoothly at the end for an easy landing, eliminating worries about stopping. Once you come to a halt, a small ladder is provided to step down. The staff were excellent, and we chose to give them a tip, although it seemed like that wasn’t a common practice among others on our ride.
The staff were incredibly welcoming, particularly the Front Desk, who patiently answered all our questions. The knowledge and humor of the team at the top of Fox Tower enhanced the experience. They allowed us a moment to take in the stunning view before expertly securing us for the zip line. I highly recommend getting the video—not only to relive the fun but also to show that I wasn’t scared at all! This was a thrill from my bucket list, especially for my 75th birthday.

I took my friend on the Zipline for her 70th birthday and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel very safe throughout. We enjoyed the beautiful weather and the stunning views. I would certainly do it again.
