You will travel in a private air-conditioned car from your selected location. The trip to Agra is approximately 3 hours along the Yamuna Expressway, which is one of India's premier roads. If you require a restroom or snack stop during the journey, please inform your driver, who will assist you. • Upon reaching Agra, you will meet your guide, who will provide your entry tickets to the iconic Taj Mahal, enabling you to bypass the ticket lines. The Taj Mahal, a representation of love, was commissioned by Shah Jahan in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Your guide will share interesting historical insights and help you take photos at the most scenic locations within the Taj Mahal. • Following your visit to the Taj Mahal, your guide will escort you to Agra Fort, where you will again skip the ticket lines as your guide will present the entry tickets. Agra Fort, a striking red stone edifice, was constructed by the Mughal Emperor Akbar in the 16th century and is acknowledged as a UNESCO World Heritage site. • Take a break to savor the local cuisine of the city. Your guide will recommend restaurants for a genuine dining experience. • After lunch, your guide will bring you to the Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah for a guided tour lasting approximately an hour. This architectural gem is often referred to as the 'Jewel Box' or the Baby Taj and is seen as a precursor to the Taj Mahal. • After finishing these visits, your guide will say goodbye, and you will return to Delhi in your private climate-controlled vehicle.
