The flight over the Nazca lines was incredible, but the customer service was disappointing and caused significant stress. After a lengthy drive from Lima, I had communicated for months with Aeronasca to secure a specific time slot for our flights. Despite over 20 emails, we repeatedly faced schedule changes, which seemed to favor larger tour groups. Ultimately, we managed to get a flight at 1 PM on the second day, after being assured we would be prioritized earlier. This rushed experience left us nearly missing our connection in Lima. Given the poor treatment throughout this process, despite the excellent flight itself and the pilots' efforts, I can only rate this experience 1 star.
The flight over the Nazca Lines was outstanding from beginning to end. I discovered the company online and booked via WhatsApp, where communication was prompt and straightforward. Even though I booked directly, they offered us a minor discount, which showed their great attitude. The organization of the flight was impressive. The aircraft was well-maintained, and the pilots were both friendly and professional. They clearly explained each figure and ensured that everyone could see the lines from both sides, making sure no one missed out. When I felt a bit dizzy due to the altitude, the team handled it calmly and thoughtfully, providing instructions, eucalyptus cotton, and slightly ventilating the cabin. Such attention to detail truly makes a difference. Throughout the experience, I felt well cared for by true professionals. The service was excellent, the treatment was compassionate, and I highly recommend this experience.
The service was excellent; they picked us up on time and took us back to our hotel. It was a nice experience for the whole family.
We made a group booking but experienced a one-hour wait before our flight, with no clear reason given. We ended up being the last flight of the day, which was quite frustrating.
This flight was incredibly interesting and definitely worth it. I might have benefited from having candies to avoid feeling a bit unwell.
Everything operated as anticipated, punctually and dependably. The 30-minute flight provided ample opportunity to see all the sights.
An incredible experience with top-notch service that is truly worth the cost. It's advisable to avoid eating beforehand.
I enjoyed 35 minutes soaring above the Nazca lines, which was truly delightful. However, I felt the plane could have flown at a slightly lower altitude for a better view of the geoglyphs. Be aware that the numerous turns might make some passengers feel queasy. Overall, it was an excellent experience, even if it was brief.
It was a fantastic experience. The organization was spot on, with hotel pick-up and drop-off included. There was a 40-minute wait at the airport, which was fine. Note that there are two additional taxes to pay at the airport, apart from the service fee. With five passengers alongside the pilot and guide, we felt secure. The geoglyphs were clearly visible. I strongly suggest visiting the planetarium the day before for insightful information.
The pickup service was excellent, and the staff at the small airport were friendly. The English-speaking pilots and guides were great, and we didn’t wait too long. The flight itself was spectacular, with more views from the right side.
