“The tour was fantastic, with our guides, Fabio and João L, being punctual and attentive. Since our group had five members, we had to share a buggy, but we appreciated the breaks throughout the trip that allowed for some separation. I want to note that the dune course varied in excitement; one buggy was much better with the maneuvers than the other. Regarding the group arrangement, I think it would be beneficial for the company to consider offering discounts for groups that don’t fully comprise eight people. Sometimes it would be preferable to pay a bit more for an exclusive buggy ride instead of sharing with others whose behavior can detract from the experience. We encountered a disruptive couple that negatively affected everyone. Paying an additional 360 for exclusivity felt excessive when we could have used that amount for another tour. A compromise option would be very appealing and likely utilized by many groups.
