The kayaking experience was enjoyable, particularly navigating through the mangrove tunnels and learning about the surroundings. However, we were disappointed not to see any dolphins or manatees, which was a key selling point of the tour. While we understand that wildlife sightings are unpredictable, it felt like the guide was not particularly engaged or making an effort. Additionally, we were told that photos would be provided, but despite noting our email and making two requests over two weeks, we have not received anything. The tour also takes you through busy areas, making it challenging to stay together as a group. Although the kayaking and birdwatching were pleasant, I don't believe the experience justified the cost, and I feel there are better opportunities elsewhere.

Mike was wonderful, but if you're not directly beside him, it can be hard to hear what he’s saying. We managed to chat during our breaks, which made up for it. Overall, it's a good value. The clear tandem kayak sits low, so if you have back issues, I suggest opting for a single kayak instead.
Nick proved to be an excellent tour guide, providing extensive information about the local flora and fauna while ensuring we had a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this tour without hesitation.
Luke was fantastic and really did an excellent job. He found numerous beautiful shells for us to take home, highlighted different wildlife, and had a very engaging personality. My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and I would absolutely recommend their eco tours.
The guide was fantastic! She had a great sense of humor and was very well-informed about the wildlife, shells, and the ecosystem. We will definitely consider booking again when we bring our kids next time.
