I was unable to get it to function on my Samsung phone. Although customer service attempted to assist, they couldn't fix the problem. However, they did process a refund.
Terrible experience. I purchased two, but only one downloaded successfully, so we had to share headphones. The narration focused more on shops than historical content. Don't waste your time or money on this.
I had a wonderful time on this walk. It was very easy to navigate, and the narration was exceptional. However, I found it a bit frustrating that there's a requirement to provide extensive feedback about the trip.
The app is decent, but I suspect some restaurants may have paid for their highlighted positions. The main issue is that it doesn't reflect current conditions like street closures, which can disrupt your tour. Additionally, there are several gaps in narration between stops.

The audio tour was highly informative. Prior to my vacation, I researched Nantucket's history extensively, and this tour included all the key figures and events I had learned about. It beautifully conveyed the essence of early Nantucket, providing an ideal look back at a bygone era. Skipping this audio experience means missing a crucial part of what makes the island significant in American history.
A wonderful option for adding organization to a day trip. We had several stops throughout and were able to continue the tour from where we had paused.
If you're thinking about going to the Whaling Museum, it's wise to buy your admission ticket in advance. The pass allows for all-day access with free re-entry. Additionally, it includes free tickets to certain sites on the tour as well as other historical locations not on the tour.
There were several reasons for my moderate rating. We passed interesting sights that weren't mentioned, which could have easily been included since they were on our route. At one notable location, we only received the name and were directed to another website for further details. Earlier in our trip, a different walking tour had an app with 'Learn more' links at each stop, which was much more helpful. Contrary to another review, there were several stores referenced during the tour, and we joked about that after deciding to purchase based on the reviews. Ultimately, the tour helped us explore parts of the island we wouldn’t have seen otherwise.
