It offers opportunities for stunning photography in a culturally rich environment. • This beach, situated in the Al Qurm area of Muscat, is expansive and centrally located near shopping and dining facilities, making it one of the busiest beaches in the city. However, it will only be a stop for photography during the tour. • Muttrah Souq, among the oldest markets in Oman, is located in Muscat and offers a traditional setting where visitors can find spices, handicrafts, clothing, and local goods in its narrow, bustling streets. • Al Alam Palace, referred to as the "Palace of the Flag," is located in Old Muscat and served as a ceremonial palace for Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al Said. With a history of over 200 years, it is one of six royal residences of the Sultan and was originally constructed under the direction of Imam Sultan bin Ahmed, a direct ancestor of Sultan Qaboos. • Al Jalali Fort is a stop for photographs only. The fort, also known as Ash Sharqiyah Fort, is positioned in the harbor of Old Muscat and was constructed by the Portuguese in the 1580s to safeguard the harbor after Muscat had been attacked by Ottoman forces twice. It was captured by Omani forces in 1650, and during the civil wars from 1718 to 1747, it was temporarily taken by Persians assisting one of the rival Imams. • Al Mirani Fort is another historical fort in the harbor of Old Muscat, originally built by the Portuguese, and will serve as a photo stop only during the tour.
