This is an exterior-only visit. • The next stop is the Royal Opera House, where another photo opportunity is available. • Following this, there will be a visit to old Muscat, which is surrounded by steep mountains and features the twin 16th-century Jalali and Mirani forts. • A photo stop will be made at the Al Alam Palace of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos. • The itinerary also includes a visit to Muttrah, the main port area, where guests can explore the ancient and vibrant Mutrah Souq, known for its handicrafts such as silverware, daggers, traditional textiles, along with Omani sweets (Halwa), spices, and braziers used for burning incense or frankincense.
