We had a pleasant experience on this tour. Our guide, Shivam, was courteous and knowledgeable, though not as engaging as some other guides we've encountered in India. The driver, Sultan, was excellent, and Anu, who guided the Dharavi Slums portion, was outstanding. Each stop was intriguing, particularly the slum tour, which we highly recommend. However, we rated the tour 4 stars instead of 5 because we felt slightly short-changed. The tour was supposed to last 8-9 hours, but we concluded it in just 6 hours without feeling rushed. It seems several listed stops were missed, such as Sassoon Dock, Afghan Church, University of Mumbai Library, High Court Principal Bench Bombay, Jain Temple - Mumbai, and Radisson Hotel Mumbai Andheri MIDC. We only realized this after the tour ended. The company should not advertise these stops if they are not included. Overall, it was a good tour, but the reduced itinerary may not justify the cost.
