On our second day in Mumbai, we opted for a full-day city tour, which turned out to be a fantastic decision. Vikrant was a wonderful guide, and we were picked up right at the cruise terminal. We explored many of the city's major attractions. Thank you for showcasing your city and highlighting its iconic landmarks.
Jigna, our guide, was outstanding. Along with her driver, she showed us all the key sights in Mumbai, and nothing was too difficult for them. We enjoyed a wonderful traditional meal at a restaurant and truly felt welcomed in Mumbai. The city is vibrant and uniquely different, yet it all came together beautifully. We also included an airport stop on our trip because of a late flight, and the extra cost was very reasonable. Overall, this experience was the ideal conclusion to our cruise, and the family-run travel company offered excellent prices.
Overall, it was a good experience booking with this company. Communication was effective, and we had a private car with both a guide and a driver, making things convenient as the driver handled parking. I deducted one star because the guide seemed more interested in himself than in us, and he took photos of us without our permission. Otherwise, the tour was enjoyable.
Ankita and our driver were both excellent, making the experience outstanding. We appreciated not having to search for parking. The tour was personalized to fit our interests perfectly. We especially enjoyed the train station, which I won’t spoil. The timing was perfect to witness the 'lunchboxes' and participate in a temple ceremony. It was an amazing day, definitely a highlight of our 22-day journey.
