  The arrangements were just as promised, and the boat was in excellent condition. The sailor was both professional and courteous. Increasing the side railing height slightly would enhance safety. While the drop experience was enjoyable, the pick-up process could use some improvements. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would love to return.

  Amazing experience

  I celebrated my 50th birthday on a Lagoon 560, and it was an incredible experience. My friends were thrilled, enjoying the tranquil atmosphere and the soothing motion of the waves. With 22 people on board, the spacious yacht allowed us to move around and dance freely, while we used Bluetooth speakers to play our own music. We brought along our own food, but nobody paid much attention to it as everyone was more interested in taking in the various views from the yacht. The catamaran's nets were a favorite spot for lounging and gazing at the sky. Vivek from Oyster managed everything for us, from the initial booking to seeing us off at Jetty 5. I requested fairy lights on the yacht, which looked beautiful at night. Two hours flew by quickly, and they also offer a three-hour package, which sounds like a fantastic option.

  Do not rely on this service. They are dishonest. You book a tour, but when the time comes, no one arrives. After waiting for thirty minutes, nothing happens. It's a mistake to pay upfront, as you won't be refunded.

  Avoid paying in advance at all costs. We waited for half an hour at the designated spot, but no one arrived. The company was impossible to contact, and our request for a refund was refused.
