Our trip with Crystal India Holidays from September 2nd to 7th, 2023, was both enlightening and spectacular. From arrival to departure, our guides and drivers were excellent, consistently punctual or even early. Naveen in Delhi, Duve in Agra, Pratik in Jaipur, and Ashish and Perielal in Varanasi were all fluent in English and deeply knowledgeable about culture and history. Amit, the manager, frequently checked in to make sure we were well cared for. A special mention goes to our outstanding driver, Ashok, who ensured our safety while covering thousands of kilometers. I traveled alone for 30 days, with this being the first week, arriving a day early for the trip. By chance, I met the tour group's owner at my hotel, who genuinely cares about ensuring you have an unforgettable experience. The drivers, particularly Vivek, were not only friendly but also helpful, prompt, and safe. Whenever I needed anything, Vivek was there to assist. The vehicles were spotless and had good air conditioning with a pleasant smell. The hotels were top-notch, boasting fantastic breakfasts that you shouldn't miss, so plan around it. They were modern, clean, and had security, plus straightforward check-in and attentive staff. Free water bottles were available in the rooms, and the dinner buffet was a great value. My favorite hotel was in Agra, featuring a lovely outdoor space. Visiting attractions was wonderful—being able to skip the lines with city guides made me feel like a celebrity. The views were stunning, and the guides were knowledgeable, highlighting the best features of each location. Lunches were typically at tourist-friendly spots with fixed buffets featuring mild flavors, though we could choose our dining options. I always felt secure with the drivers, guides, and at the hotels. They managed all flight bookings and airport transfers. Packing light is essential, and having a printed itinerary is advisable, as there are two long drives during the journey, which I utilized for short naps while enjoying the surroundings. This experience is truly special, something not everyone gets to do. Photos and videos can't fully capture it. I highly recommend this tour to solo travelers and couples alike, and would happily do it again with family. I miss India greatly. Crystal India Holidays provided an amazing experience. All the drivers navigated the city's hectic traffic safely and provided ample bottled water and restroom breaks as needed. Each destination featured a guide who was extremely knowledgeable, took plenty of photos, and ensured we had the best experiences possible. They communicated well in English and were very friendly and accommodating. The 5-star hotels met my expectations perfectly. Overall, it was an incredible tour that I would highly recommend.

Our guides and drivers—Nitin, Rishabh, Raghu, and Manoher—were informative and provided outstanding service. However, a downside was that the local tours ended in the early afternoon, leaving us stuck in our hotels for the remainder of the day since many roads in India aren't suitable for walking. Furthermore, several tourist attractions and local markets were closed due to a religious holiday and the national election, which restricted our sightseeing during the free time.

Our local coordinator was always accessible, making sure everything went smoothly. All in all, this trip was a flawless and memorable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore India with a well-structured and adaptable plan.
