I had an outstanding experience with Coastal Expeditions. Captain Jim and First Mate Morgan were both friendly and knowledgeable. They took us to Morris Island where we found several shark teeth. On the return trip, it became a bit cold, but Captain Jim provided sleeping bags to keep us warm and shield us from the wind. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely return to book with Coastal Expeditions again.

The kayaking trip around Shem Creek was a standout experience during our time in Charleston. Spotting dolphins was exhilarating! Coastal Expeditions demonstrated excellent organization and a strong commitment to customer service. Although we are experienced kayakers, they made the experience accessible for beginners as well. Our guide had remarkable knowledge about the area and its wildlife. The only downside was that we wished it had lasted longer.
