Jeff was excellent! Our flight was delayed for hours, causing us to miss our tour, but we were thankful he could reschedule for the next day. He guided us through downtown Charleston, sharing a wealth of historical knowledge and taking us to all the key sites. It was a fantastic way to see a lot in a short time. The private tour and air conditioning were additional benefits.

They never arrived at our hotel. When I made the booking, you confirmed our hotel, and I double-checked that in a phone call in the morning. After they failed to show, I tried calling the numbers I had and also reached out via chat, but got no reply. I want a refund, or is this a scam?
My husband and I visited Charleston for two nights, but we only had one full day to explore, which wasn't sufficient for a perfect experience. The attractions are quite spread out, and we were walking everywhere. We missed Fort Sumter and Boone's Plantation. Since it's a city, the sights are further apart. Next time, we plan to stay for four days and have easier access to our car.
I have previously booked the Charleston in a Nutshell tour five times, and it was always excellent. However, this time, the guide Jeff didn't show up at the designated pick-up location. When I called the number provided, he mentioned he had a stroke last year and had not been working since then. I was charged for a tour that ultimately did not take place.
Nick was an excellent guide, and I'm really pleased I chose him. He was knowledgeable and enjoyable to converse with... I highly recommend him!
